Property Management and Maintenance Services


Having purchased your second home in the sun, your next most important decision is going to be who will take care of it in your absence. This is when you realise that you need a professional, reliable and reputable management company to look after the day to day running of your home in the sun.

We are also there to prepare the house for you or your friend’s arrival, ensuring a clean house with freshly made beds and a stocked fridge should you wish.



 

  • Assisting with furnishings, fixtures, fittings, equipment, meeting and checking deliveries, etc
  • Regular checks including security all doors and windows are locked and secure
  • Checking for evidence of internal dampness, water leaks
  • Ensuring all services are in working order i.e. electric, water and where connected telephone and alarm etc.
  • Carrying out cleaning, laundry, linen changes and making beds

    Bedroom

  • Checking for insect infestation
  • Toilets flushed and taps flushed through to prevent odours.
  • Airing property as required
  • Watering house and patio container plants as necessary
  • Arranging car hire requirements
  • Collection at the airport and delivery to your destination
  • Organising food packs as requested – for a small charge
  • Obtaining quotations, organising and supervising professional contractors in a variety of building and decorating works
  • Reporting to you and representing you in your absence
  • Any other service that you require for total peace of mind

Rental & Customer Services
To rent or not to rent that is the question


We take care of all the rentals for your property, however we believe that the more exposure a property gets the greater the occupation will be, and to that end we actively encourage our owners to seek their own clients.

Front Room

As part of the overall service that we offer to property owners, we visit the property when it has been rented out to acquaint holidaymakers with the properties rules and regulations, use of appliances etc., and perform a second visit at the end of the rental period

Short Term
For winter months and summer holiday let’s, from one week to 6 months

Long Term
We find you long term tenants (6/11 month contracts) supply a contract in English and Spanish in accordance with the Spanish Law.

  • Commission on holiday rentals secured by ourselves is 15%. No commission is charged on bookings originating from the owner.
  • Commission on long-term rentals is 10% of rents collected.
  • Rental monies collected and transferred net of any costs direct to your bank account, either after the holiday let is complete or on a monthly basis for long-term rentals.
